[ARCHIVED] Constitution Park Pool Operations To Run Through Labor Day

Constitution Park Pool Operations To Run Through Labor Day

The Constitution Park Pool will remain open for swimming daily through Labor Day.  With local schools and colleges delaying opening and holding online classes, our lifeguards, managers and cashiers will be available to work, thus extending the pool’s daily operational schedule.

Through Monday, September 7th, daily operational hours will remain Noon until 6 P.M.  There will be two exceptions to the normal operating hours – Tuesday, August 25 and Wednesday, September 2, when the pool will be closing at 5 P.M.

As a reminder, all State and Local Health Department Guidelines for Public Pool Operations continue to be followed during this COVID-19 pandemic period.  This includes the continuation of extra cleaning and sanitization, social distancing recommendations and the requirement of face coverings in the pool area.

The Constitution Park Pool reserves the right to adjust daily operational hours due to weather conditions or low attendance at the pool.

Any questions regarding the Constitution Park Pool should be directed to the Director of Parks and Recreation at 301-759-6636 or by email:
