The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will meet on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. in open work session in the second floor conference room of City Hall. The Mayor and City Council will close the open work session for an executive session at approximately 5:45 p.m.to receive legal advice regarding obtaining an easement and the retention of outside counsel for a particular matter pursuant to Section 3-305 (b) (7) of the General Provisions Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland. Beginning at 6:15 p.m., the Mayor and Council will hold their regularly scheduled public meeting in the City Hall Council Chambers.
