[ARCHIVED] Zoning Board of Appeals to hear variance requests for a proposed gas station/car wash

LEGAL NOTICE

The Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Cumberland, Maryland, created under Zoning Ordinance No. 3775, will meet in the Mayor and Council Chambers on the 2nd floor of City Hall, 57 North Liberty Street, Cumberland, Maryland, on WEDNESDAY, May 4, 2016 at 4:00 p.m., for the purpose of hearing the following Appeal as provided for under Section 7.05, Subsection 7.05.02 of Zoning Ordinance No. 3775. The case file and staff report for the appeal may be inspected at the Community Development office in the basement of City Hall between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

NOTICE IS GIVEN that at the said time and place, any person may appear and testify as to the use of said premises, or object to the issuance of any permits.

The following Appeal will be heard by the Board of Zoning Appeals:

APPEAL NO. 132 - Request of Michael Coughenour, Consultant, on behalf of L. C. Nixon Development Company, owner, for maximum building setback, minimum off-street parking space requirements, handicapped parking space size, and loading and unloading space size variances for a proposed gas station and car wash at 409 Willowbrook Road.
