Goals
- Creating and maintaining a clean and attractive city
- Instilling neighborhood pride
- Reducing the cost of litter removal
Responsibilities of a Volunteer
- Comply with the application agreement on a regular basis.
- Dispose of refuse on an as needed basis, adhering to the City of Cumberland's guidelines for garbage pickup.
- Dedicate 1 year to the program.
