Mayor Brian Grim recently presented Landis Office Center with a plaque and official proclamation from the Mayor and City Council of Cumberland to congratulate owners Richard and Georgene McKenzie on the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of their business. The Cumberland office supply store was purchased by the McKenzie’s in 1964, and they have since grown it into a successful local landmark as a true family business, with their sons Todd and Jeff providing management assistance. The City of Cumberland commendation is the 1st in an initiative started by the Office of Economic Development to congratulate and thank long-standing businesses and business owners for their contributions to the city.
