Potomac Edison, a subsidiary of First Energy Corp., has installed the City’s second electric car charging station in Cumberland, at the Liberty Street Surface Parking Lot.  A ribbon cutting ceremony is planned for Friday, February 5, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in the lot, located at 40 N. Liberty St.
